At Bluenotes, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of purchase with the original tags attached. We offer convenient options for both in-store and mail-in returns to ensure your shopping experience is seamless.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all Bluenotes hangtags still securely attached.

  Choose Your Method

  Visit any Bluenotes location for a free instant return, or log into our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label for mail-in returns.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items and the packing slip into the original mailer, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
